Agents cited Connor Andrew Power, 23, of Hammond, for transporting completely dressed migratory game birds.
Agents were on patrol in the Venice area on Sept. 17 when they observed Power operating a vessel. Agents made contact with Power and found him in possession of 24 migratory game bird breasts with no tags or identifiers present.
