Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries enforcement agents cited the owners of a Dularge and Houma seafood company for alleged seafood record violations on Dec. 16 in Terrebonne Parish.

Agents cited Alidore L. Marmande, 62, of Houma, and Kenneth J. Templet Jr., 51, of Pierre Part, for failing to maintain records.

Agents were conducting seafood inspections in lower Terrebonne Parish.  Agents found that both owners did not complete the required information pertaining to trip tickets or records for a portion of their commercial seafood.

Failing to maintain records brings a $250 to $500 fine and up to 90 days in jail.

Members of LDWF Oyster and Seafood Strike Force unit investigated the seafood dealers.
