The Louisiana Trappers and Alligator Hunters Association will hold its annual convention at the Woodworth Shooting Range in Woodworth on April 6 beginning at 8 a.m. The event is free and open to the public.

The event will include trapping and skinning demonstrations, youth and children’s events and a live and silent auction. Lunch can be purchased onsite. LDWF staff will have CITES tags and shipping labels available at the convention and local fur buyers as well as a North American Fur Auction truck will be on site.

Woodworth Shooting Range is located at 661 Robinson Bridge Road in Woodworth in Rapides Parish.
