The Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission honored Commissioner Robert “Bobby” Samanie of Meraux, LA with a plaque during its January meeting in Baton Rouge. Samanie, representing the commercial fishing and fur industry the past four years, attended his final meeting as a commissioner on January 9, 2020.
