The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries is launching a new website on Tuesday, Feb. 18. Users may have trouble accessing the website throughout the day as we transition to the new site.
The website launch will not affect our licensing website (la-web.s3licensing.com), which will remain accessible throughout the transition process.
The new, website will feature updates such as:
- A streamlined design and layout
- An event calendar for tracking important agency meetings and events
- A resource manager for easily navigating research, publications and archived meeting documents
- A species guide that will feature native and non-native species in Louisiana for quick identification. We will continue to enhance this guide with additional species in the coming months.
The web address will remain the same, wlf.louisiana.gov or wlf.la.gov.
We appreciate your patience during this process; we are looking forward to delivering an improved online experience to our customers.
