The public will have an opportunity to provide comments on the agenda items in two ways:

  1. Comments may be submitted by 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 5, 2022, by emailing Comments@wlf.la.gov. Your email must include the agenda item # in the subject of your email. The body of your message should include your name and address before your comment.
  2. During the Zoom meeting, you may submit comments by using the ‘chat’ feature in the Zoom application. Comments must be submitted via chat during the designated time for public comments for the particular agenda item being discussed. The chairperson will announce a call for public comments prior to any vote that is taken and provide time for the public to type their comments via the chat feature. To use the chat feature, click ‘Chat’ at the bottom of your screen, type the agenda item, your name, address, and comment. Select ‘Send to All Panelists’ and click ‘Send’ or press ‘enter.’ Comments that are received outside of the designated time for public comments will not be recorded nor maintained as part of the record of the meeting.
