Description
Non-descript, grayish-brown duck. Slightly smaller than a mallard. Males are gray overall with black bills, orange feet, and white speculum feathers often seen from the side on swimming/standing birds. Females are generally brown overall with orange-black bills.

Basic hunting license or equivalent combination license (Sportsman Paradise). Waterfowl, HIP certification (18 years old and older). Federal Duck Stamp (16 years old and older) signed across the face, if hunting WMA then WMA Access Permit.
